The history of the Corps! military action figure line begins in 1986 when the first series of 24 figures was released. Shortly thereafter another 6 figures were added bringing the assortment total to 30. These 30 figures would be Lanard's staple military line for the next 10 years, appearing under several different sub-titles such as International Security Force and World Force Response Team. The 30-figure assortment was repainted and re-released approximately four times between 1986 and 1995. It was also repainted for one or more offshoots, one of which was called "Gung-Ho". During the 80's three larger military vehicles were also introduced: the patrol boat, the tank, and the jeep. Frequently, the vehicles were not carried by retailers even when the figures were. The Corps! Emergency Rescue assortment was first released in 4th quarter 1999. Nine figures are available and have been seen almost exclusively on K-Mart shelves. The initial three vehicles (fire truck, ambulance, and police car) would not see any widespread release at retail in the U.S. READ MORE
Corps! Construction was introduced in fourth quarter 1999. Assortment consists of eight figures, a 4x4 truck vehicle, and some small accessory items. READ MORE

Back when the original The Corps site started to have have issues. I contacted them by email offering to host their site but they never responded. At the time I was selling toys and used their site for ID purposes all the time, so I downloaded the content for me to use. It appears that the site can still be used so I created this site. The Corps, Emergency, Construction and Star Force content are from the hard work of others. If you know who it was I will be more then happy to credit them here and link to any project they are working on now.
